FAQs
Do You Accept Transfers?
Of course! However, there is some etiquette to be aware of and a Fenrir Arms specific policy. First, when ordering online from another retailer let us know immediately afterwards via a phone call, text message, or email (info at the bottom of this page) so that we know where it is coming from, who ordered it, and what was ordered. This helps us complete the transfer as smooth as possible. Second, Fenrir Arms does NOT accept firearms transfers that are sold to you for under the MAP price. If we discover that you purchased the firearms for under MAP price we will not accept the transfer, return it to the sender, and you will have to make new arrangements with them. If you are unfamiliar with MAP pricing then click HERE to learn more.
Do I Have to Have a Background Check Done?
Short answer, Yes. That is the most basic rule of purchasing a firearm from a retail store.
Is a Police Officer Required to Pass a Background Check?
Again, short answer is YES. Police officers are still civilians and are subject to the same rules as everyone else. However, there is an exception to the rule. If the firearms is being purchased for official duty use and will be the property of the department then the background check can be circumvented with the proper paperwork from the Police Department.
I am From Out Of State, Can I Buy a Firearm From You?
If you are not a resident of the state of Nevada you can BUY anything that you wish from me, however, we cannot transfer handguns to out of state purchasers. Rifles and shotguns are all good to go but handguns have to be transferred in the state that you are a resident of.
